- You may enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser to automatically signal opt-out under CPRA.
- Residents of other US states with applicable privacy laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, etc.) may also submit requests.
Finzony honors all valid opt-out signals as required by CCPA and CPRA.

- Different pricing or denial of access to Platform features or services
- Reduced quality of tools, calculators, or financial content
- Penalties, fees, or any other adverse treatment

Opting out may affect how personalized content, financial recommendations, or ads are displayed. Please note that some essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are strictly necessary for the Platform to function securely.

8. Limitations of This Opt-Out
Opting out of selling or sharing does NOT prevent the following:
- Basic analytics required for Platform security and performance monitoring
- Affiliate tracking required to ensure You receive accurate product offers and pricing
- Information sharing needed to provide requested financial tools or services
- Processing required to comply with US legal obligations (tax law, fraud prevention, FINRA record-keeping)
Your opt-out applies primarily to advertising, retargeting, and cross-platform behavioral tracking.
9. For US Users Outside California
Finzony extends privacy rights and transparency choices to all US users, even where a specific state privacy law may not apply. All users may:
- Adjust cookie and tracking preferences
- Opt-out of targeted advertising
- Request deletion or correction of their personal data
- Request a copy of their personal information we hold
Users in states with active privacy laws (Virginia CDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, Texas TDPSA, etc.) are entitled to equivalent rights under those laws.
